ThyssenKrupp Crankshaft Participates in Tour of Industries

More than 1,000 People Attend Manufacturing Tours in Danville

ThyssenKrupp Crankshaft Company, a leading manufacturer of high quality forged and machined crankshafts for the North American automotive, on-highway truck and off-highway markets, participated with 4 other manufacturers including ThyssenKrupp Presta in a local event in Danville held by Vermilion Advantage. Vermilion Advantage, the organization responsible for business development in Danville and the surrounding Vermilion County, invited people to view the manufacturing facilities and see presentations about the participating companies.

The success of the event was witnessed by the more than 1,000 people who attended the event. Participants were guided through the safety procedures, given a presentation about the company, and were led through the facility in groups with guides to explain the processes.
